This produces the tea's characteristic nuanced fragrances and a light, bright flavor.

This tippy lot (DJ 10) hails from clonal AV2 cultivar plants at the renowned Castleton Estate; the resulting floral and nutty flavor boasts notes of almonds and fresh green beans. Enticing aromas of milk chocolate and white flowers round out the cup.
