Organically grown and hand-harvested, the tiny blossoms undergo a controlled fermentation and solar drying process; this yields a wonderfully sweet aroma, with a complex and rich, almost savory, flavor. Naturally caffeine-free.

So good.

A excellent herbal elder from Maine that steeps a lovely bright yellow. I use it especially during the allergy and cold/ flu seasons as it really does help us with head congestion. A little honey or a little elder syrup and it's great hot or iced at any time. Karnak is definitely my go-to for elderflower tea.
