How to brew

Steep White Peony at 185° F, below boiling, to maintain its natural sweetness; the Bao Chong Roasted and Mao Feng Black can be prepared using boiling water. For each tea, try infusing multiple cups from the same leaves. We recommend using a glass teapot or mesh infuser.
