This is the exact flavor profile I've been looking for in an Assam tea, and it's been a little hard for me to find because tasting notes can be confusing to interpret for a non-expert. Honey and a slight spice note, still with a slight pleasant astringency to balance things out. I personally find the more caramel/milk chocolate flavor notes too cloying, and the more lipton-like pungent assams too boring. This is totally unlike either.

I'm still working my way through this sampler pack, but so far I love every tea I've tried! my favorite so far is the genmaicha green tea, but I can't wait to try to black teas. such a fun way to try new teas and see which ones I want to buy more of!

Simply the best Earl Grey from someone who declared Earl Grey her favorite several decades ago.

Definitely one of my favorites! It flourishes for multiple brews and rather than diluting … it becomes and shifts in flavorful ways … even on brew 5 :)

This is an outstanding Earl Grey and officially my new favorite version of Earl Grey. I like my Earl Grey strong, i.e. able to stand up to the addition of milk and sugar, and because this one has an Assam base, it fits the bill. I appreciate that it has only bergamot oil as the flavoring instead of "natural flavorings" which can mean many different things.

Dealing with company and the product is a sweet experience.
