The classic profile is packed with flavors of roots and warming spice (ginseng, ginger), and a lingering, full, bittersweet finish—the strongest of all our first flush picks this year. 

Darjeeling First Flush is an iconic taste of the season, eagerly awaited each spring. These distinctive teas are produced in small quantities for just a few weeks, usually beginning in April; only the new young buds and first leaves are hand-harvested, and they undergo a unique hard withering process.
