Shipping & Terms
Due to the impact of COVID-19, and for the protection of you and our employees, our warehouse is operating at reduced capacity. Orders will be processed within two business days; you will receive a notification, with tracking details, once your order has been shipped. All orders are sent from our Watertown, MA warehouse.
Please note, USPS is still experiencing occasional shipping delays, which we are not able to control. Packages may take extra time to reach their destination; only USPS will be able to offer more details about status or delivery date, or to reschedule a delivery. As per USPS, delivery adjustments can only be made by the recipient, not by the shipper.

Free Shipping Offer
Any retail order over $50 in the continental U.S. qualifies for free standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail only. The discount will be taken automatically at checkout once you select the standard shipping option. Discount does not apply for wholesale orders.
USPS shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout, prior to the completion of your order.
USPS Priority Mail – Our default method is eligible for free shipping on orders over $50. USPS domestic shipments are usually received within one to three days after your order is processed (please see above for details on possible delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic).
USPS Express Mail – Expedited shipping is available via USPS Express Mail; orders are usually received within one to two days.
USPS International – All international shipments are via USPS Priority Mail; note, these shipments may incur additional charges or delays due to local customs clearance.
We take great care in the sourcing of our products. If you feel that you have not received what you expected, we offer the following return policy:
Accessories and unopened tea can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. You must notify us if you would like to initiate a return: email@example.com.
Accessories and unopened tea must be unused and in new condition upon receipt. If item is found damaged, used or open, we will not be able to issue a refund.
All return shipping charges will be paid by the customer unless items were damaged upon arrival.
Payments made via credit card can be credited back to the original card used, or a store credit can be issued.
For returns on any items from an order that received free shipping, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
