It contains one each of Assam, Darjeeling 2nd Flush, Earl Grey, Classic Chai, Nantou Oolong, Jade Spring, Jasmine Pearls, Genmaicha, Chamomile, Golden Glow, Lemon Ginger, Mint, Rooibos and Scarlet Glow. It's a wonderful introduction to IPOT, or a well-received gift.

The material for our teabags is completely plant-derived, and they are electrostatically sealed—without glue or staples—so the pure flavor and aroma of the tea can shine through. Once used, these teabags can be composted at industrial composting facilities. Nice GIfts

I bought several boxes of this as gifts. I don't know what everyone's opinions were, but it seemed like most people like having a variety to try. One person said they had been thinking about trying it and loved getting it as a gift. I only drink the occasional herbal tea and don't have an opinion myself.
