This unique, house-made blend is both invigorating and soothing: sweeter than typical turmeric infusions, it layers a creamy, comforting softness from cacao nibs atop the root's round earthiness. Berry and citrus elements add complexity, yielding a cup that keeps your interest sip after sip. Naturally caffeine-free, it's well balanced for savoring on its own; or prepare by simmering on the stovetop with a dash of coconut milk and honey for an indulgent, healthful treat that nods to traditional Ayurvedic golden milk.

My Favorite Evening Beverage

As I had previously purchased an herbal tea with turmeric from a competitor, and disliked it immensely, I was wary about trying In Pursuit of Tea’s new Golden Chai. The ingredient list intrigued me, so I bought a small sample.
First of all, it smells lovely. More importantly it is delicious. With a little honey and nut “milk” it is absolutely delightful. I’m often bored with most herbal teas, but not with this one. Of course, I have ordered the conventional size bag, and am enjoying Golden Chai every night.
