This balanced Chinese green tea, with classic nutty and vegetal notes, is from southern Zhejiang Province, an area with a long tradition of tea making. It's grown from a local small-leaf cultivar, and after hand-picking, is processed using hot air. Note the pleasant chestnut aroma, and fresh corn flavor; prepare with water below boiling to maintain the sweetness.
