An intriguing oolong with notes of plums—both fresh and dried—earth, roots, and resin, this intentionally aged tea (or lao cha) is over 25 years old, and has been carefully stored and re-roasted by its maker.

Grown at around 1200 feet elevation in Ming Jian Township, an area of Nantou renowned for tea production, this batch was produced in 1995. Multiple steeps reward with a focused flavor that both shifts and lingers, showing extraordinary balance throughout. If you're a tea drinker who's had everything, this may be the one for you.
