Elderflower

Elderflower is a spicy and savory herbal infusion; its full flavor is matched by an unusually supple texture. The beautiful clusters of tiny blossoms are harvested in early summer. Though it has a long history of medicinal use and has been popular in Europe in centuries, it is lesser known in the United States.

A rich, satisfying choice for those avoiding caffeine, or looking for an interesting alternative to Chamomile.

Satisfying and Nourishing

When I drink this tea I get to both enjoy its unique and delicious flavor and relish the feeling that I’m somehow doing something crazily nourishing and healthy.

Enjoyable and tasty!

I have always enjoyed eating elderberries and flowers. This tea contains all the flavors that I love about elderberry flowers and berries. For an extra special treat, I added a little honey. This tea will be part of my staple.

Interesting and Nice

This herbal tea surprises me. Savory, rather than sweet, it has a brothy, pleasant taste.
Reputed to have significant health/antiviral benefits, this elderflower was neither bitter, nor overpowering. It paired well with a little honey and lemon, or even some mint.
It does seem good for you!
