Wonderful tea

Great collection -- strongly recommended

I strongly recommend to give this 2022 1st Flush collection a try. All three teas are on the greener side, even for the contemporary less oxidized style of Darjeeling first flush. My favorite is the Castelton. Nicely flowery and with all the attributes that make Darjeeling's first flush so special. While more on the vegetal side (which usually is not my favorite), the Goomtee is very vibrant and quite complex. It's freshness is almost overpowering. The Singbulli is quite balanced and more mellow. Definitely a high quality tea, but for me personally not as exciting as the other two. In any case I applaud In Pursuit of Tea for putting this collection together and giving the opportunity to compare the teas. I will definitely reorder the Castleton and the Goomtee.
