PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Subscriptions offered by In Pursuit of Tea, including the IPOT Omakase Monthly Tea Club and subscriptions to other eligible products, may be paused or cancelled at any time.

To adjust, pause, or cancel your subscription, visit our subscription portal.

Enter the email address associated with your subscription to receive a secure login link.

You may also request an adjustment, pause, or cancellation by emailing info@inpursuitoftea.com. Please include the email address used to create the subscription so that we can locate it.

IPOT OMAKASE MONTHLY TEA CLUB

The IPOT Omakase Monthly Tea Club renews automatically every 30 days after the initial purchase. The payment method provided for the subscription is charged for each renewal.

Cancellation requests apply to the following month's subscription box. Tea Club subscription items are non-returnable. Tea Club subscription shipments ship free and may ship separately from other items in an order.

For subscriptions to other eligible products, the applicable price and delivery frequency are displayed when the subscription is selected and during checkout.
