This refreshing herbal flower infusion is from China, where it is known as ju hua. The aroma is strong, the taste sweet and earthy, with a hint of white pepper. A deep golden yellow blossom color and rich, balanced flavor distinguishes this new lot. A very traditional drink throughout Asia, it is often enjoyed with meals.
