I ordered this tea not knowing what it was at a cafe in NYC, and immediately looked it up to order some. I love green tea, and this is the best green tea I've ever had. I absolutely love the toasted nutty flavor that this tea has. It's also great that you can steep a bag more than once. If you are on the fence about trying this tea, do yourself a favor and go for it!

Very smooth and flavorful

This tea was served to me by mistake at Cafe Luxembourg in NYC. It was so surprisingly delicious that I had to ask after the brand. I'm pretty picky about my tea brands andnever before have I asked after a tea brand when I'm eating out. I ordered a box of Genmaicha and it's a revelation every morning. I can't live without it now. Where has this tea been all my life? Caveat, I was never really a green tea fan before!

I was served this tea at a sushi bar and I tried to buy some bags/loose tea from the restaurant. They didn't want to do that so they gave me the tea name and I found this website online. The product was equal to that in the restaurant; that means delicious! The toasted rice gives the tea a much more robust flavor than I have ever tasted in a green tea. This is not a wimpy, watery green tea. I get two large servings from each bag and could probably get three but I don't want to sacrifice the flavor. I highly recommend this and gave some to my sister in law who has since ordered a couple of boxes for herself.

This Genmaicha is exceptional. I have been using other tea brand companies for years, but now that I have tasted In Pursuit's Genmaicha, I have been ruined for any other Genmaicha.
