Lemon Ginger

I’ve been in search of a tea like this ever since spending time in Chiang Mai, Thailand where it was a staple at our hotel breakfast. This tea hits it and is a delight on ice. I was introduced to this company at a garden tour and had the pleasure of meeting the owner who suggested a cold brew method. We now have it ready to go in our refrigerator since.

I recently served this tea for neighbors and it was enjoyed by everyone. The ginger spice was soothing and the lemon a perfect complement. I liked that the ginger was not overwhelming - good balance. This will be a staple for me.

The tea has a nice lemon flavoring. However, I expected a stronger presences from the ginger. Sometimes the ginger doesn't come through the lemon.
