Nantou Four Seasons Oolong Teabags
Enjoy the convenience of teabags of our Nantou Four Seasons oolong, which is made from a cultivar that can be harvested year-round. It’s grown in mountainous Nantou County, Taiwan, in the central part of the island. The hand-picked leaves are slightly oxidized and rolled, several times, into ball shapes. When infused, a lush lilac aroma arises; as the leaves open through multiple infusions, a prominent honey-sweet flavor and fresh green note linger.
One of our most popular oolong teas for many years, its well-balanced, full flavor offers a wonderful introduction to the category. Try steeping the same bag several times, and savor the change in fragrance and flavor.
The material for our teabags is completely plant-derived, and they are electrostatically sealed—without glue or staples—so the pure flavor and aroma of the leaf can shine through. Once used, these teabags can be composted at industrial composting facilities. Find a composter near you in this national directory from the U.S. Composting Council.
